Return Policy

At Art and Soul by Rachael Brumfield LLC, I do not offer returns on custom made items that are purchased. I stand by my products, so if there is any problem at all with your order please do not hesitate to reach out and I will be happy to help you.

If you are returning a non-custom product, you have five days from the time of receipt to mail back to me. You must first notify me to discuss the issue and see if it’s something that can be resolved.

All items that are shipped via Flat Rate Shipping automatically cover $50.00 USD in insurance. Because of this any damages that are occurred while item is in transit will need to be reported to the US Post Office via an insurance claim.
